How does the RFID Lock Mechanism Work?
Our Concealment Shelves are meant to hide your firearms and valuables from view. While there is a sturdy lock, it will not withstand dedicated attempts at intrusion. Please consider other methods of handgun storage if absolute security is your priority.
Your RFID cards are designed to transmit a unique signal on a radio frequency to the sensor on the top of the shelf. Simply wave or swipe your security card over the RFID sensor. Once the authorized access to the sensor is received, it will release the magnets that lock your shelf, and your shelf will open in a smooth dampened motion.
The operation of your concealment shelf is simple: make sure the top of the mantle is level on your wall, and ensuring that the unit is properly anchored to hold the combined weight of the shelf and your firearms. Once mounted, the locking mechanism can be programmed following the instructions in the lock manual that is provided. a simple task that takes a minute or less. Two RFID-enabled key cards are included that open the hidden compartment instantly, dropping the bottom down to reveal the valuables in the interior storage area.
What if my RFID LOCK batteries Die?
Your Hidden Compartment Shelf is operated by two AA batteries. These are contained on the underside of the unit in the lock device. A 5 volt and USB connection power jack can also supply a backup power for an emergency lock out situation.
Please note: Your RFID Shelf batteries need to be changed about every 6 months.
Shipping Policy
Your Tactical Concealment Shelf is made to order. We ship our orders within 10-14 business days after receiving your order. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. Our products are shipped via UPS Ground. At this time, we are shipping only to addresses within the USA. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO or Post Office Box addresses. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. UPS Delivery Confirmation Signature is Required upon delivery.
Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise.
All returned items must be in new, unhung / uninstalled condition, in the original box and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Also include: installation instructions, a copy of your invoice, and all accessories. The foam insert must also be in unused, uncut condition, without markings or other damage, with the peel and stick adhesive also unused.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of inspection, repackaging and handling. Refunds are reliant on the cabinet arriving to us in 100% salable condition.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns received outside of this 14 day window will not be returned or refunded.
Refunds on returned items will be issued once we receive and inspect the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, after receipt of your product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Concealment Shelf Installation Instructions
Installation is easy. Mount the shelf as you would any other picture frame or wall display, making sure that it is level and properly secured with sturdy wall anchors to hold the combined weight of the unit and the added weight of your handguns and valuables.

Concealment Shelves Foam Insert Installation Instructions
Customizing your 1″ thick foam insert is a simple process. You’ll simply outline the items you’d like to store, and then cut the foam insert to your desired shapes. Once this is completed, just peel and stick your foam insert into your shelf. Detailed instructions are available here and a pdf is also available for download.
